Terms

POSTAGE 

  • We will post to Australia ONLY
  • Postage costs are calculated on Weight and averaged out across the Australia Post rates Australia wide
  • We charge a $3.00 handling fee per order
  • Registered Post is compulsory if paying with PayPal
  • We take no responsibility for damaged or lost items if Registered Post option is not taken

 

PAYMENTS

  • Payment MUST be received immediately or we cannot guarantee items will still be in stock when payment is made
  • Payments MUST be received within 7 days of order
  • Payments through PayPal incur a 2% surcharge
  • If payment is made through PayPal after selecting other method to avoid surcharge, payment will be refunded and order cancelled
  • Registered Post is compulsory if paying by PayPal 
  • If you are having difficulty paying please email us to discuss options
  • If payment or email is NOT received within 7 days, order will be cancelled without further notice

 

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will ONLY be given on defective items if item cannot be exchanged
  • Items MUST be returned within 7 days
  • Items MUST be returned in original packaging
  • Refund applies ONLY to purchase price
  • Postage and handling fees are NOT refundable
